How do you decide whether a flat fits?
The engine counts bedrooms for the family and checks the flat against building norms. In the example, of 5 flats 1 fits the family: Євро-4 86, 15 поверх.
Can I remove a wall?
It depends on the wall. A partition — without permit documents; a load-bearing wall — only with a survey, a design, a review and the co-owners' consent; extending a bathroom over the neighbours' living room — not allowed.
What does a bathroom renovation cost?
In the example, a tiled bathroom in Kyiv costs UAH 25,916–75,529 with a reserve. It is a range: some prices are samples, the exact price comes from a contractor after a visit.
Is this a design?
No. It is a concept from the developer's plan: what to measure, who decides and which documents are needed. An architect or engineer signs off.
Do you pass my data to the developer?
No. The family is described by roles and ages, without names or phones. A request is possible only when you want it and give consent that names the recipient.
