homegen checks apartments against building norms for a specific family, says which replanning is legal and with which procedure, and plans backup power, renovation, windows and a kitchen brief for workshops.
Numbers come from the homegen engine on a fictional residential complex: building rules with sources and dates, Ukrainian replanning procedures, backup power by device catalogue, renovation quantities and price ranges, windows by ДБН В.2.6-31 and WT 2002, German balcony PV and heat pumps, and US home coverage (educational, not insurance advice). Results are a concept, not a design.
